Squash at Club Markham 

It’s inhumane to feed a person the same thing day after day…. so why not add a little squash to your fitness diet?  Squash can add a new challenge and diversity to your current fitness program.  Both weight lifting and cardiovascular training focus specifically on power or endurance.  Unlike squash which offers a combination work out with the cross-training effect of training your power and training your endurance at the same time.  Put the fun back in your fitness training with a heaping helping of SQUASH!

DID YOU KNOW? ........ That squash was rated as the healthiest sport in a recent survey conducted by the widely respected and influential business magazine “Forbes”. 

Club Markham has four international sized squash courts.  Court times are 40 minutes in duration and courts may be booked up to 4 days in advance.  Eye guards are strongly recommended for all adult members and guests. Eye guards for under 19yrs of age are mandatory.  Non-marking court shoes are mandatory and will be strictly enforced.  Please refer to the member’s handbook for further information.
