Club Markham

The information we collect from each Club Markham member is under strict confidentiality. Your privacy is important to us. Thus, information given is used only for conducting administrative arrangements internally at Club Markham, and communicating special events and promotions directly to you. Under no circumstance does Club Markham reveal any private information to any third party regarding any Club Markham member other than financial institutions controlling membership pre-authorized payment (if necessary).

What information is needed, and why?

Once a member has placed a signature on a membership agreement, Club Markham then has consent to collect, use and disclose your information (including information required to administer customer agreements and financial arrangements) to provide ongoing customer service and update you with Club Markham news. Data is gathered directly from Club Markham members and is generally limited to name, home and/or business address and phone number, date of birth (if necessary), and financial information (if pre-authorized payment is arranged for membership).

Changes to your information

If for any reason you wish to discontinue your consent for Club Markham to collect, use and disclose your personal information, at any time, you may do so. However, in doing so, Club Markham may implement certain restrictions to your membership. We will advise you of these restrictions if you so choose to discontinue your consent. You may also advise us of any changes made to your personal information so that we may continue offering the best possible customer service.

Security

All personal information gathered from each Club Markham member is securely stored and has limited access. Only employees at Club Markham directly associated with administrative tasks, membership consultation, and management are permitted to access these documents. Once a member has discontinued membership at Club Markham their information is stored separately where access is strictly controlled, and the information is then destroyed.

The Club Markham Privacy Policy is posted on this web site and is open to any individual, member or non-member, for review at any time. This information may be altered or updated at any time without notice. Please check this web site for any changes made.
