Group Fitness at Club Markham 

  

 Our certified and experienced instructors are driven to motivate you toward healthier living. Whether you are looking to burn calories, tone and strenghten your body, increase your flexibility, find inner peace or just have fun while you work out, you will be sure to find classes that meet your needs here at Club Markham.

The Club is a fully equipped fitness facility offering over 65 fitness classes per week. It is our goal to make each member excited and enthusiatic for each workout. All classes at Club Markham are included with your membership at no added cost.

Through an array of classes to choose from, you can find several that are best for your body and your goals. Choose an elite and enduring workout class, or take a beginner class. It is up to you!

Please be sure to review our class descriptions to see what we have to offer. Classes range from Aerobics (Step, Hi/Lo), Muscle Conditioning (including Group Strength), Pilates, Yoga, Cycle, Aquafit, Dance and more.
